"He is one of the best and most dedicated trainer I ever worked with. I first trained with Francis in August 2018 and I had worked with atleast 5 trainers in different gyms before that but could never stick to one for more than 2 months.But with Francis, it is 2 years (24month) now.He is simply the most amazing person I came across and his only focus is your health . He will go to any length to ensure that he does everything that he can do for you.Thank you francis and hope to keep training with you for next coming years as well. "
