I am here to make you fitness dreams come true. I've been in the fitness industry for just over 8 years with an interest in fitness that dates even further. You might wonder ' What's a graduate in B.A (Psychology, journalism and communicative English) doing in the fitness industry'. Well, long story short, I started working out to make a portfolio to start a career in modeling/news anchor but fell in love with fitness instead. But, not until recently did I find my passion for competitive physique bodybuilding, which triggered my curiosity in the human anatomy and a passion for teaching others what I’ve learnt. I’ve done a lot of research and studied a lot more to understand how fitness can influence not just your body but your mindset too.
