Acting becomes an organic process of describing the world, and of relating to it an extremely authentic and physical manner. A group of students asked to describe a cup of coffee, for example, initially tried shaping themselves in the form of a glass. Going back to it again, they realized the idea was conveyed more subtly and easily by simply miming holding a hot cup, taking a sip, and placing it on an imaginary table.The exercises in class encourage students to think of themselves as artists by being open and transparent to the world around them. This is achieved by first breaking the often-imperceptible walls people have created within themselves. In one such exercise, the teacher steps out of the class and the students are asked to make as much noise as they can. Their aim must be to scream, shout, yell, laugh, and stomp around so loud it could bring the roof down! People are always expected to be quiet and maintain a certain amount of decorum. This exercise helps them breaks those expectations and allows them to be free.

Abihishek Padmanabhan Zero Budget Filmmaker Abhishek Padmanabhan is an engineer turned filmmaker who works a day job as a content writer and uses his weekends to turn his films into reality. His journey started off with a burning desire to learn how to write scripts. From there he got the call to acting. He followed that voice into an acting school where another voice said to him direction. After culminating the powers of scriptwriting and acting he wrote a script called 'The Winning Mind' in 2015, but had no idea how to make a film. With no money and no hope, he fell into a pit of despair, until he found a book called ' Rebel Without A Crew'. In the book he read about how you don't need an elaborate crew of technicians and huge budget to make a movie. You just need to pick up a camera and shoot. From there on he started binging on any information related to filmmaking and ended up shooting eight short films in a year. He is now producing his first feature film with the students of his filmmaking workshops.
