I am a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer, A Gold Medalist from Tripura University (A Central University, Of India) in 2012. I started my career in ONGC Tripura Power Company in 2012 -2016 as Executive Operations and Maintenance Role (Contracts & Material Management) with a neat technical performance idea and applications in HR, Operations and Admin. After that, I devoted my scientific studies to NASA ORISIS_REX and IIT Bombay from Dec, 2016. From 2017 Jan to
2017 August I am acting as an HR Consultant in PMKVY for CII as well as some Mid-sized companies and NGOs also. I have completed my MBA in HR from ICFAI UNIVERSITY, CHRMP, GCC
from UNIVERSITY and currently doing a full-time Masters course in Behavioural Science From CHRIST BANGALORE in the aspects of HRM.
