I have led the IDEAL INDIAN SCHOOL, DOHA, QATAR, proactively promoting a robust academic environment, integrating the latest technology to enhance the teaching and learning process and role modelling strong moral values for 6500 students and 400 staff.
 
During my career as the principal, I proactively introduced, trained and implemented various initiatives of CBSE and contributed to the significant increase in student numbers while the graduating students were guided to new pathways. I encourage a range of traditional and progressive teaching methodologies integrated with innovative strategies and approaches for active student participation during the learning process. During the pandemic times, it was a great opportunity to plan and deliver the lessons with an emphasis on pedagogically-focused learning solutions that integrate new technologies and encourage innovative use of resources to enhance students' learning inside and outside the classroom. 
 
I hold an MSc and M. Phil from recognized Indian Universities and currently I am pursuing Master’s in Education to further enhance my expertise in educational leadership coupled with the new educational trends.
