I'm Dr. Suhasa G, a certified yoga instructor with B.E., M.Tech., and Ph.D. in Life-Science (Biotechnology).

I have demonstrated & instructed Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation), Asana (Yoga Postures / Poses), Mudra (Yogic seal / gesture), Pranayama (Yogic Breathing) & Dhyana (Meditation).

I am a regular practitioner of yoga & a beneficiary of yogic practices.

From my experiences in yoga, I recently developed "BLiSS Meditation", a meditation learning technique, that was published as an ebook on Amazon Kindle ("BLiSS Meditation: Incorporating multisensory focus in meditation").

A brief schedule of my yoga training session would be:
1. Prayer
2. Suryanamaskar - 5 minutes
3. Asana - 15 minutes
4. Mudra & Pranayama - 15 minutes
5. Dhyana (interactive, guided & evidence-based) - 20 minutes

You can consider me as a guide to help you include yoga in your routine.
