I am Diksha Raj Gupta, an independent contemporary dance teacher based in Bangalore. My teaching approach blends technical precision with creative exploration, ensuring students experience movement in a way that is both structured and expressive. Over the years, I have worked with dancers of various levels, designing engaging curriculums tailored to different spaces and learning needs. Beyond in-person instruction, I have also been exploring online teaching formats, adapting choreography and lesson plans to make dance more accessible in spatially limited environments. My commitment to movement extends beyond dance into holistic practices like yoga, strenth training and somatic awareness, enriching my understanding of the body and its potential. With a strong foundation in contemporary dance, a passion for teaching, and an adaptable mindset, I continue to refine my approach to education, helping students discover their own movement style while strengthening their technique.
