Delfe Varghees

I am a Teaching Associate at Christ University, currently pursuing my PhD in Commerce. I have completed my M.Com in International Finance from the same institution. I have been actively involved in teaching, mentoring, and academic coordination since joining as a Teaching Associate.
I assist in teaching subjects like General Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, and Organizational Behavior, and contribute to academic planning, student engagement, and departmental responsibilities. My key skills include curriculum planning, research writing, classroom interaction, educational documentation, and event coordination.
I am also passionate about student development and have mentored students in research presentations and classroom projects. Being part of a dynamic academic environment has helped me grow both professionally and personally as I work toward my long-term goal of becoming a full-time faculty member.
