"She is a very rude and arrogant teacher. Who did not take classes as committed by her. I had contacted her for my 7-year-old son and she did not teach anything productive take him in all 4 classes. And she did not complete the 4 hours in all those 4 classes. Then, she promised that she will compensate with 5th class. But she did not take that class. On the 5th class day, she made excuses like she is in the hospital. Then, being a human being, I understood her. But, on next scheduled day she did not take the class and told us all your classes are complete. This is a total fraud with us by this teacher. As they take all the fees of 4 classes in advance and then, its upto them how they will deal with you.This is absurd. I would like urbanpro to make a policy for these kins of situations also. It is not about the money it is about the commitment and trust. "
