Chaitanya Sharma

With over a 13 yers of experience in yoga, I have honed my ability to connect deeply with diverse individuals and groups from India and around the globe. I firmly believe that mindfulness and self-awareness are invaluable assets, both on and off the mat. My journey in yoga and life has taught me that growth is amplified when we empower others to flourish. The idea that we grow when we help others grow strongly resonates with me. I am skilled in guiding individuals to overcome challenges, achieve balance, and foster holistic well-being. My passion lies in building meaningful connections with people, communities, and organizations through the transformative power of yoga. Children inspire me to embrace a sense of youthfulness and innocence, reminding me of the importance of staying curious, joyful and genuine.
Iʼve led yoga sessions at an Army Camp, International Yoga Day in Arunachal & Assam, and stress management at Arunachal University. Iʼve also assisted in Yoga Mela for special needs children and participated in yoga championships, impacting over 10,000 lives.
