I am a qualified Psychologist currently working as an Operations Team Lead in an NIOS institution. I have extensive experience working closely with NIOS children across diverse academic and emotional needs. My role involves providing individual and group counseling to support students’ psychological well-being and academic adjustment. I regularly assess students’ concerns and design appropriate intervention strategies. I have hands-on experience in handling learning, emotional, and behavioral challenges among adolescents. In addition to counseling, I actively plan and coordinate academic and psychological support programs. I have rich experience in designing and conducting training sessions for students, teachers, and staff. I have independently conducted workshops focusing on mental health, life skills, and emotional resilience. My work emphasizes creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
