Hi Hitesh. For lower back pain, please consult an orthopedist. Once you get medical clearance, then obviously yoga will help and also focus on strengthening your back through weight training. While meditation can be beneficial for some individuals with GI issues, it's essential to approach it as a complementary tool alongside other evidence-based treatments and lifestyle modifications.
