I am a senior Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience across multiple industries and international markets. Throughout my career, I have held leadership positions in HR, including HR Director and strategic HR business partner roles, where I have been responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, workforce planning, and HR operations.

My experience spans both strategic and operational HR functions, working closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams and effective people practices. I have managed end-to-end recruitment processes, developed HR policies and procedures, implemented performance management systems, led employee engagement initiatives, and supported organizational transformation projects.

Having worked in multicultural environments for several decades, I bring practical, real-world HR knowledge that goes beyond textbook concepts. I am passionate about sharing this experience with students, HR professionals, and aspiring HR practitioners, helping them understand how HR works in actual business settings.

My teaching approach combines HR theory, industry best practices, case studies, interview preparation, and practical applications to help learners build confidence and succeed in their HR careers.
