Hello, I’m Asha Shenoy, a Spoken English trainer with over 25 years of teaching experience. I specialize in helping students improve their fluency, pronunciation, and overall communication skills so they can confidently express themselves in both academic and professional environments. Teaching English has been my lifelong passion, and I am deeply committed to supporting learners at every stage of their journey.

I hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and a Postgraduate Diploma in English. My academic qualifications have given me a strong foundation in language, literature, and effective teaching methodologies. This combination of subject expertise and professional training enables me to deliver structured, meaningful, and result-oriented English learning sessions.

Over the past 25 years, I have taught in schools, PU colleges, and various educational institutions, working with students from diverse backgrounds and age groups. This extensive experience has helped me understand the different challenges learners face while learning English. I adapt my teaching approach based on each student’s level, goals, and learning style to ensure effective and comfortable learning.

My primary focus is on helping students build confidence in speaking English naturally and fluently. I work closely with learners to improve their pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills. I believe that consistent practice and encouragement play a key role in language learning, and I make sure students feel comfortable and motivated in my classes.

I follow a structured lesson plan to ensure that each class has clear learning objectives and measurable progress. My sessions are interactive and student-centered, encouraging active participation, discussions, and practical exercises. I focus on real-life communication so that students can confidently use English in everyday situations, interviews, presentations, and professional settings.

To make learning effective and engaging, I use PPT presentations and whiteboard explanations to clearly demonstrate concepts. I also incorporate conversational practice, role-plays, and interactive activities to help students apply what they learn. Regular feedback and guidance help students continuously improve their fluency and accuracy.

Throughout my teaching career, the most rewarding experience has been seeing my students grow in confidence and achieve their goals. Many of my students have successfully improved their communication skills and performed well in their academic, professional, and personal lives.
