Hello! I'm Asha, an English Language & Communication Consultant with over 15 years of experience helping professionals communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact. At DXC Technology, I designed and launched a structured English competency programme for new hires across business units — powered by a self-paced learning app we built in-house, delivered at zero external vendor cost. I facilitate live virtual workshops on business communication and workplace fluency for global professionals, from fresh graduates to senior leaders, and I build blended learning journeys that combine live sessions, self-paced study, and AI-assisted practice with personalized feedback in between. Before that, I spent 8 years at Hewlett Packard / HPE leading the soft skills training function for multicultural, global delivery teams.
