Hi Vikash,
I would suggest you start now itself on your own if you don't have any commitments after office hours. The coaching institutes generally have a 1-year preparatory course for CAT. So, if you start now by yourself you will have time to get adjusted to a routine. A systematic approach is very much required for preparing for CAT. Once you get into a schedule this year, you can opt for any institute as well for next year. I hope my suggestion will be of little help to you.
