I teach students from Class 1 to Class 5 across all subjects, along with Spoken English, with a strong focus on improving listening skills and English comprehension. Although I am new to formal school teaching, I bring with me valuable experience from my professional background, where I have trained learners in a structured and effective way. As a retired professional, I am now passionate about using my knowledge and experience to guide young students and help them build strong academic foundations.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree, which has provided me with a solid academic base. Along with this, my professional journey has helped me develop practical teaching and communication skills that are highly useful in a learning environment. I believe that clear communication and patient guidance are essential for effective teaching, especially for young learners.

I have 6 years of experience working as a process trainer, where I trained adult learners in listening skills and medical terminology comprehension. This role required me to simplify complex information and ensure that learners understood concepts clearly. Many of my trainees went on to become skilled professionals, which has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.

During my professional tenure, I was recognized for maintaining 100% quality in my work and received an award for the same. This achievement reflects my commitment to consistency, accuracy, and high standards in everything I do. I bring the same level of dedication and discipline into my teaching approach as well.

I follow a structured lesson plan to ensure that topics are covered in a clear and progressive manner. My teaching style is interactive and student-focused, where I encourage participation, discussions, and practice-based learning. This helps students not only understand concepts better but also retain them effectively over time.

I conduct both online and offline classes and use tools like PPT presentations to make lessons more engaging and easy to follow. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students can build confidence, improve their communication skills, and develop a strong interest in learning.
