The way of preparation for JEE is very much different than 10th standard. Focus on your preparation for 11th and 12th topics and JEE test. When negative thouhts hampers distract with any hobbies, physical activities.. Have a growth mind set. There are many examples who have passed in flying colours irrespective of 10th standard results.
