I am experience into : o Development and Configuration of various modules of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. o Reviewing the codes of my team members to see its effectiveness and whether it is going to give best expected result. o Although I’m in the technical team but I also actively take part in designing, by helping the functional consultants by making them understand various functionalities of different customization and helping them understand whether a customization is viable or not. o Responsibility of maintenance of Client servers (UAT/Pre-Production) from offshore and onsite. I resolve not only code error (which is my task) but also system related issues like database issue, reporting errors or other small/grieve issues. o Involvement in numerous POC (Proof of Concept) for new project in pursuit on MSD AX 2012 and MSD CRM 2011 technologies. o Initiating quality thinking process and resolving all process related issues and drive accurate root cause analysis of all issues. o Successfully handled training of AX 2012 (X++) for the individuals in the team while creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities. o Ensuring continuous interaction with the team members to identify and work upon better solution from continuous improvement perspective.

Involved in virtual classroom training for about 800 hours. Involved in corporate training for 10+ companies for about 60-100 hours each. Involved in college training for AX 2012 for about 80 hours.
