Hi! I am a trained bharatanatyam and folk dancer, teacher and choreographer. I have been teaching students of all age groups since more than 10 years now. I also run my own dance institute for bharatanatyam and other dance form training. I have an experience of teaching students as young as 4 year old to as old as 56 year old.
My idea of dancing is to be in a state where you can be free and yet more connected to yourself. An idea of self expression through self exploration. It's a beautiful journey indeed. My idea of teaching is to create this safe space for my students.
I believe one can start her/his dance journey whenever and however they want. Learning has no age limit.
Take more changes. Dance more dances. :)
