Hi Shilpa,
You need not worry, I have been in Mumbai for teaching and have exposure interacting with children across the globe. Of your child's concepts are clear; you need not worry. Make sure your child's foundation of English ( reading and writing) and Math is clear for a smooth transition in Grade 1.
