IdentityI have been into teaching and research from the past 8 years. In the due course I had worked at Defense Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR- DRDO), Banasthali University and Jain University.
At DIPR I joined as a Research Fellow and worked on number of projects. I also did my PhD work from there. From there I joined Banasthali University as Assistant Professor, I was teaching both UG and PG students. I taught Introduction to Psychology, Statistics, Community Psychology, Organizational behavior and Human Resource Management, Legal Psychology with this I used to conduct workshops and guide dissertation works.
Thereafter I joined Jain University, here I taught Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, Consumer Behavior, Theories of Learning, Research methods and Psychometry. Here, I conducted workshops on Statistical Package for Social Sciences and Structural Equation Modeling. With this, I guided students for their dissertation work.
I am very passionate about the subject and believe in making students learn by actually doing it.
