Every individual has a different intellectual level. I teach the students based on their level of understanding. By giving relevant examples I create interest in student to learn the concept. Even the abstract things I can make them understand very easily. Understanding the concept become easier when a student knows where that knowledge is applicable in the real world. While teaching I ensure that I tell them about the applicability of a concept so that a student gets curious to know the subject and take interest in learning and in turn enjoys learning. This will make him/her ready for the corporate world which increases his/her employable skills.
Apart from understanding the concept a student should know how to present or put forward his/her understanding. I teach them how to put forward their understandings which will help them to score better so that h/she can excel in academics.
