I have been teaching English for the past 19 years, specializing in Spoken English, BA-level English, and Class 12 English curriculum. My journey as an educator has been incredibly fulfilling, as I’ve had the opportunity to help students from different walks of life improve not only their academic performance but also their confidence in using the English language effectively.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA), a Master of Arts (MA) in English, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree. This combination of qualifications has given me a strong foundation in both English literature and language pedagogy. It allows me to approach the subject from a balanced perspective—equally focusing on grammar, communication, comprehension, and literary appreciation.

Over the years, I’ve taught in reputed institutions and worked with a wide range of students, from school learners preparing for board exams to adults looking to enhance their spoken English skills for professional or personal reasons. I’ve always believed that every student learns differently, and I make it a priority to adapt my teaching techniques to suit individual learning styles and goals.

My teaching approach is interactive and student-centric. I follow a structured lesson plan tailored to the course level, whether it’s BA English, board exam preparation, or spoken English. I emphasize clear explanations, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and regular practice. For literature, I delve into character analysis, themes, and context. For language learning, I focus on pronunciation, sentence structure, and vocabulary-building.

In my classes, I use a combination of PPTs and a whiteboard to ensure clarity and engagement. Visual aids and organized presentations help students grasp concepts better, while the whiteboard allows for dynamic interaction and real-time examples. Whether online or offline, I strive to make the learning environment engaging, supportive, and productive.

I also provide relevant study materials, worksheets, notes, and practice exercises, depending on the course. These resources help students revise independently and stay on track with their learning goals. I conduct regular assessments to monitor their progress and provide feedback that helps them improve continuously.

My ultimate goal is to empower students to use English confidently—whether it’s to score well in exams, participate in discussions, or express themselves fluently in day-to-day life. I believe that with the right guidance and consistent practice, anyone can master the language, and I am committed to supporting my students every step of the way.
