Ashokakumar Nashi

Hello! I’m Ashokakumar Nashi, a Soft Skills and Spoken English trainer based in Bagalkot. Over the past 20 years, I have dedicated myself to helping students, professionals, and communities develop strong communication, behavioral, and personal growth skills. My mission is to empower individuals to realize their full potential and achieve success in both personal and professional life.

I began my journey with a Diploma in Computer Science from B.V.V.S. Polytechnic, Bagalkot, in 2000, and soon discovered my passion for training and skill development. Since then, I have been conducting workshops, corporate training sessions, and personal coaching programs that focus on practical and impactful learning.

My experience includes serving as a trainer for the Infosys BPO Program, where I guided participants in employability skills, communication, and workplace behavior. I have also conducted specialized workshops such as “You Vs You” on Personality Development for students and teachers, “The Art of Parenting” for parents, and “PARIVARTHANA” workshops for wards of District Jail, Bagalkot, and Taluka Jail, Jamakhandi.

Currently, I am engaged as a Consultant Change Maker (Trainer) for Unnati Foundation, Bengaluru, where I deliver the UNXT – Employability Skills Development Training Program. I am also a Consultant Trainer for CEDOK (Center for Entrepreneurship Development of Karnataka), Bagalkot, focusing on leadership, communication, and team-building programs.

My training style emphasizes practical learning, adaptability, and confidence-building. I work closely with each participant to identify their strengths and areas of improvement, providing personalized strategies for growth. From active listening and attitude building to stress management and behavioral skills, I ensure that every session equips learners with tools they can immediately apply.

I believe in creating a positive and engaging learning environment, where participants feel encouraged to experiment, learn, and grow. Whether it is spoken English, team building, or personal development, my goal is to make every session meaningful and results-oriented.

I am fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi, which allows me to communicate effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds. My approach combines structured training modules with real-life examples and interactive exercises, making the learning experience practical and enjoyable.
