Kishore Khare

I am a Karate Instructor teaching Karate, mixed martial arts, muay thai kick boxing and the like arts. I also provide fitness training along with helping you to reduce weight and also tutor in cardiovascular and crossfit areas. I am associated with the Karate Association of India. I am a black belt- 3rd Dan, Karate Judge and also an International Muay Thai Judge. I have been tutoring since 11 yrs giving online and in-person training sessions. I have also been a gold medalist at State Level Kumite tournament, Madhya Pradesh. Our association is affiliated by Government and at higher levels, our students after qualifying National Championship make their way towards Asian games and further also towards Olympics. I am a good communicator and will surely motivate you to towards personal fitness and training.
