I train students in Self-Defence, Aerobics, Kickboxing, and Gym Workouts, focusing on helping individuals improve their physical strength, confidence, and overall well-being. Over the past 18 years, I have worked with students of all age groups, creating personalized programs tailored to their goals and abilities.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and am a certified Martial Artist with a Black Belt (2nd Dan). My extensive training and disciplined practice in martial arts allow me to teach techniques effectively while ensuring safety and proper form in every session.

Throughout my career, I have conducted numerous workshops and personal training sessions, helping students develop fitness, self-discipline, and mental resilience. Each session is structured to combine skill development with physical conditioning, making the learning both effective and engaging.

I have had the honor of representing India as an international player in Karate and Kickboxing, which has given me valuable insights into competitive training, discipline, and performance. These experiences enrich my coaching, allowing me to guide students not only in fitness but also in building confidence and perseverance.


I conduct classes both online and offline, ensuring accessibility for students regardless of location. My sessions are practical, interactive, and structured, with clear goals for each lesson.

My ultimate aim is to empower my students through martial arts and fitness, helping them lead healthier, more confident, and disciplined lives while instilling a lifelong passion for physical and mental well-being.
