The major difference between BA and BA Cultural Studies is that the BA only refers to bachelor of arts but BA CS refers to the specialisation in cultural studies which can give more specifications about that particular subject.

B.A. in cultural studies is a course in B.A itself along with the other core subject which you have choosen. It explores the relation between the cultures, understand human expression and symbolic activities.
