I am a certified Yoga Trainer and Wellness Coach with experience in teaching yoga for students, women, beginners, and working professionals. I have completed M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy, DNYS (Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences), and B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

I conduct yoga classes for flexibility, weight loss, stress relief, posture correction, relaxation, and overall wellness. I also specialize in Yoga Nidra, pranayama, meditation, face yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, and therapeutic yoga sessions.

I am passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental health through simple and effective yoga practices. I provide friendly and personalized training for all age groups through online and offline sessions. My classes focus on calm atmosphere, proper guidance, positive energy, and holistic wellbeing.
