1. Learn any OOP based language. this is most important. 2. Learn Selenium. 3. Learn CI tools like GIT, Maven and jenkins.

What I would suggest is to get used to RPA tools which will give you an edge in the current market and record some scripts and then start learning any other language with OOPS concepts such as Selenium Java or C#.

Learn ERP Automation like Oracle Apps automation or SAP automation using some ERP Automation tools like one from Oracle called as Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) .
