If you are working with good mnc's then you can learn automation testing QTP tool ..if you are not then go with selenium with java in deep knowledge.

There is TestComplete also in the market and most of the MNC's which are using or were using QTP are now moving their projects to TestComplete. QTP and TestComplete both are using VBScript engine. You can choose QTP or TestComplete, very easy to learn and no more programming knowledge is required. Selenium is a freeware tool available in the market and most of the jobs are in Java.
