I’m Ankit Thakur, a graduate BCA student from RICIS College affiliated with Kazi Nazrul University,
Raniganj. Throughout my academic life, I’ve actively participated in presentations and team projects, where I
often take up the communicator or coordinator role.
I recently completed a Soft Skills & CRM training from “Anudip Foundation” where I worked on
mock calls, conflict handling, and client engagement. This built my confidence and made me value feedback—something that fulfills both my personal
growth and esteem needs, as discussed in motivation theories. Ending: I enjoy problem-solving,
