IdentityI hold a BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) and an MSc in Yoga, with certification as a Yoga-Based Cardiac Rehabilitation Practitioner. I worked as a Lecturer cum Medical Officer in SDM College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences. Over the years, I have conducted personalized and group yoga sessions for diverse populations, including individuals with lifestyle disorders, post-cardiac rehab patients, and those seeking holistic wellness.
My teaching approach blends traditional yogic wisdom with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, integrating asana, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation practices tailored to individual needs. I have experience in both offline and online teaching formats, ensuring engaging and safe sessions for participants of all levels.
In addition to my professional training, my own daily sadhana keeps me connected to yoga philosophy, which naturally reflects in my teaching style—making it both authentic and transformative.
