IdentityI have completed my Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy (M.Sc. Yoga Therapy) and have gained valuable practical exposure through six months of intensive training at Arogyadhama, S-VYASA University. This experience has given me in-depth knowledge of applying yoga as a therapeutic tool to address various physical, psychological, and lifestyle-related health conditions. I am confident in designing and conducting yoga therapy sessions tailored to individual needs, with a focus on holistic well-being.
Along with my therapeutic expertise, I have been consistently practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for the past two years. This disciplined practice has strengthened my personal sadhana and enhanced my ability to guide structured Ashtanga classes. I emphasize alignment, breath awareness, and gradual progression, making sessions effective for building strength, stamina, and flexibility.
I am also well-trained in Hatha Yoga asanas and can conduct classes that bring balance, stability, and mindfulness to practitioners at different levels. My teaching approach integrates both traditional yogic principles and modern therapeutic applications, ensuring that sessions are impactful, safe, and suitable for diverse needs.
With a blend of yoga therapy knowledge and traditional practice, my aim is to support individuals in improving their health, managing stress, and achieving overall harmony in life.
