I began my career in 2012 with ESS Global, where I worked in a reputed language training institute environment focused on student success and overseas education preparation.
During my professional journey, I progressed to the position of Branch Manager, where I was responsible for the complete functioning of the branch. My role included managing academic operations, supervising faculty, ensuring student satisfaction, and maintaining overall performance of the institute.
The institute offered IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English programs, and I played a key role in maintaining high-quality training standards. I also worked on a performance-based system where staff motivation was driven through a structured model of salary plus incentives based on student referrals and demo conversions, which helped improve both student intake and results.
