Teaching this past year has been such a meaningful experience. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know my students and seeing their growth—both academically and personally. There were definitely challenges, like figuring out how to keep different learning styles engaged or balancing lesson planning with all the little surprises each day brings. But those moments taught me a lot about flexibility and creativity. Overall, it’s been a year of growth for me, too. I’ve learned to adapt, stay patient, and find joy in the small wins. I’m really grateful for the opportunity and excited to keep improving.
