Background and Experience

I am currently serving as a Cluster Coordinator under the AIF DEEP Shaala Project in the Lathi Cluster of Amreli District, overseeing and supporting five government primary schools — Ishwariya, Akala, Matirala, Amba, and Lalavadar Primary Schools. In this role, I focus on the effective implementation of key project components including STEM Education, Digital Literacy, English, and Social Science.

I hold a Master’s degree in Physics from St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad, which has provided me with a strong foundation in scientific concepts and analytical thinking. Before taking up my current role, I gained valuable teaching experience by teaching Mathematics and Science to students from Grades 6 to 8, where I developed engaging lesson plans and hands-on learning experiences to enhance students’ understanding of core concepts.

In my role as Cluster Coordinator, I regularly conduct school visits, facilitate teacher collaboration, plan academic activities, and mentor students in STEM model making, Arduino-based robotics, and Scratch Jr. coding. I also promote digital literacy and guide students in using modern tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and Gamma AI for creative learning.

Through continuous mentoring and collaboration with teachers and principals, I have helped schools under my cluster evolve into more innovative, technology-driven, and student-centered learning environments. My approach emphasizes practical learning, community engagement, and the holistic development of every child.
