I hold a Master's degree in Sociology (2022) and have experience in both academia and project coordination. I have served as a faculty member at St. Teresa's College (Autonomous), where I supported research-oriented initiatives. Additionally, I have worked as a Project Coordinator and Project Lead for a national-level educational project (S.L.A.T.E.), focusing on Education 4.0, Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), and NEP 2020, engaging with school students to deliver interactive and meaningful learning experiences.

My corporate experience as a Business Analyst and my Project Management certification have strengthened my organisational and communication skills, which are essential in online teaching environments. I'm currently preparing full-time for the UGC NET Sociology exam (December 2025), which has deepened my subject knowledge and teaching strategies.

I have experience designing engaging lesson plans, using digital tools for instruction, and adapting content for diverse learners. I am passionate about education and committed to creating a supportive and effective online learning environment.
