To develop the skills, you should start to form the scratch of that particular skill. For example, if I want to excel in any programming language, then I must begin with the basics of that language. If my basics are clear, I can learn that skill upto the advanced level.
With that practice and solve the queries that are related to the subject. You will learn many things with practising and decoding, and you will be able to learn from your mistakes. Always remember that the errors will help you alot to move forward.
