Yeah It's a good career but now Azure is on demand when compared to AWS. So, Azure certification will be good. There are free sources online. So, learn it and you will get placement easily

I seek guidance on switching to cloud computing technology where my previous experience would be a value add. 1) Which role/designation would fit me in cloud tech? 2) Explain me how to proceed/ initiate getting into Cloud and which course of branch to learn? 3) I am eligible to get AWS certified, as this is in demand. last but least. 4) What would be Salary package range if I am getting into cloud? (I understand it differs b/w companies, but just wanted to get a idea)? Any suggestion apart from the above quest is appreciated. Please do suggest me. Thank you.
People from Server admin, networking and storage profiles can opt for IaaS mode of cloud delivery and as you mentioned AWS is doing good. salary depends on level of profile and company standards.
