Munira H.

I am Munira Haider, a teacher with around four years of teaching experience. I teach students from Class 1 to Class 5 in all subjects and also train students in Spoken English. My focus is on helping learners develop strong academic foundations while also improving their English communication skills and confidence.

I have completed a Master of Arts in Economics and an MBA in Finance. I have also completed a TEFL certification along with training in soft skills and business communication. These qualifications have strengthened my academic background, communication abilities, and understanding of effective language teaching.

As a teacher, I believe that learning should be structured but also interactive and engaging. I design my lessons according to the learner's age, current level, and individual requirements. This allows me to adjust the pace and activities according to what the student needs rather than following the same approach for every learner.

For Spoken English, I focus on practical communication skills, vocabulary development, pronunciation, grammar, and public speaking. I use real-life conversations, role plays, discussions, and speaking exercises to give students opportunities to actively use English during the class.

I generally begin a lesson with a clear objective and introduce the topic using simple examples. I then provide guided practice before encouraging students to apply what they have learned independently through speaking activities and other exercises. This approach helps students gradually improve both their accuracy and confidence.

I also believe that regular feedback is important for language development. I observe students' performance during sessions, identify areas where they need improvement, and provide guidance to help them develop better fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.

I conduct online classes and use tools such as PPTs and a whiteboard to support my teaching. Whether I am helping a young learner strengthen their foundation across school subjects or helping a student improve Spoken English, my goal is to make every session structured, practical, and student-focused while helping learners become more confident in their communication and studies.
