I pay attention on clearing doubt and making them understand how it works rather than just make them read it. If they don't get it in the first time, nobody gets it in the first time, I'll keep repeating myself over and over with different approaches and techniques until I completely make them understand and clear all their doubts. Like if there are 3 equations of motion, what they are called and the work and everything, I spent a whole week on one of the kid in the batch, I did not leave it and other students too. They said we'll continue when everyone will get it.
