Hello! I am a Soft Skills Trainer with the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India. My work involves training students and professionals in communication, leadership, teamwork, interview preparation, and workplace skills. Before this, I worked as an HR Coordinator in New Delhi, where I gained practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

I hold a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which help me understand both organizational practices and human behaviour. I have also completed a certification in Digital Marketing. I believe in making learning simple, interactive, and practical so that students can apply what they learn in real-life situations.
