I am a certified Yoga instructor from Aligarh. I have completed 1 Year Diploma in Yoga and hold a valid Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.

I have 4 months of teaching experience in yoga. I specialize in Basic Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, and Yoga for beginners & women. I can also guide in yoga for stress relief, back pain, and general fitness.

Currently offering Online Yoga Classes via Zoom/Google Meet/WhatsApp Video Call. Available for morning 6-8 AM and evening 5-7 PM batches.
