Hi!
This problem is faced by many students so don't worry and just do some basic things, that are as follows
1) Clear your basics(just solve ncert one more time and understand the concepts)
2)For now, just give 1hr-2hr per day
3) Instead of coaching, take tution for class 11 atleast. In coaching there are around 150 students in a class and teacher may not be able to focus on each or every student.
4)Go for counselling in your school or coaching or someone educated.
