I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, emotional well-being, and mental health support. During my undergraduate studies, I actively applied my knowledge by volunteering at Asha Bhavan, a rehabilitation center, where I engaged in real-time support, communication, and care for individuals in need. This experience deepened my empathy, interpersonal skills, and practical application of psychological principles.

Throughout my academic journey, I have built proficiency in key areas of psychology including counseling, behavior management, emotional regulation, therapeutic communication, and crisis handling. In addition to these core skills, I have also cultivated a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing. I have experience simplifying complex psychological concepts for diverse audiences, making learning engaging, inclusive, and impactful.
