I am a certified 500-hour Yoga Instructor with 3+ years of experience teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga to students across different age groups and fitness levels. I completed my certification and continue to deepen my practice through ongoing workshops and study.

I have conducted group and personal classes (online and offline), focusing on mindful alignment, breath awareness, and injury-safe movement. I have experience working with beginners, working professionals, and clients with mobility or flexibility challenges.

My core strengths include creating structured class sequences, building student consistency, and offering compassionate guidance tailored to individual needs. I am currently expanding my work into corporate wellness and personalized therapeutic yoga programs.
