Ashutosh Dadhich

I am Ashutosh Dadhich, a Mathematics teacher with around 20 years of teaching experience. I teach Mathematics to Class 10 students and specialise in helping learners build strong conceptual foundations, improve their problem-solving skills, and prepare confidently for their board examinations. Teaching Mathematics has been a passion for me throughout my professional journey, and I find great satisfaction in helping students overcome their difficulties and develop confidence in the subject.

I have completed my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and have developed my teaching expertise through many years of working closely with Class 10 students. My extensive experience has helped me understand the areas where students commonly face difficulties and the importance of explaining mathematical concepts in a simple and systematic manner. I believe that when students understand the reasoning behind a method or formula, they are better equipped to solve different types of questions independently.

I am a retired government employee, and after my retirement, I decided to continue doing what I have always enjoyed most: teaching and working with students. I joined a coaching institute in my city, where I continued to share my knowledge and experience in Mathematics. This transition allowed me to remain connected with education and gave me the opportunity to guide students during an important stage of their academic journey.

My teaching approach is structured and focused on the individual needs of each student. I prepare a lesson plan for every class and take the student's existing level of understanding into consideration before introducing new concepts. I explain topics step by step, beginning with the fundamentals and gradually moving towards more challenging problems. I also encourage students to solve questions themselves so that they develop confidence and learn how to approach problems independently.

For Class 10 students, I place particular emphasis on conceptual clarity and board examination preparation. I help students understand important concepts, practise different question patterns, identify common mistakes, and improve their accuracy and speed. Rather than encouraging students to simply memorise formulas or procedures, I focus on helping them understand how and when to apply them. Regular practice and revision are an important part of my teaching methodology.

I conduct both online and offline classes and use PPT presentations and a digital whiteboard to make my lessons clear and interactive. During classes, I encourage students to ask questions, participate in discussions, and work through problems themselves. I provide step-by-step explanations and regular feedback so that students can identify areas where they need more practice. My aim is to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable discussing their difficulties without hesitation.

With around two decades of teaching experience, I understand that students can have very different learning speeds and levels of confidence in Mathematics. I am patient with students who need additional explanations and make sure that important concepts are reinforced before moving to the next topic. I believe that consistent guidance and practice can make a significant difference in a student's performance and attitude towards Mathematics.

My goal is to make Mathematics simple, understandable, and less intimidating for Class 10 students. I want my students to approach problems with confidence, develop strong logical and analytical skills, and feel well prepared for their board examinations. Through my experience, structured teaching approach, and passion for the subject, I aim to help every student strengthen their fundamentals and achieve their academic goals.
