Read, Read and read. Just develop a habit of reading at least two newspaper daily—one of English and other of regional language. Also, if possible, then try to sleep and wake up early every day. This way, you will have proper digestion which is the key to overall development. Also, get associated with at least one sport which you play daily(it can be anything you like). These small things will then change you as a person overall, and you will feel more confident and healthy.
