• Planning: Defining goals, establishing strategies to achieve those goals, and developing plans to integrate and coordinate activities.

• Organizing: Arranging and structuring work to accomplish organizational goals. This includes determining what tasks need to be done, who will do them, how the tasks will be grouped, who reports to whom, and where decisions are to be made.

• Staffing: Hiring and developing the required personnel to fill in various roles within the organization. It includes recruiting, training, evaluating, and compensating employees.

• Directing (Leading): Motivating and leading employees to achieve organizational objectives. This includes communicating, motivating, inspiring, and encouraging employees towards higher productivity.

• Controlling: Monitoring, comparing, and correcting work performance to ensure that organizational goals are being met. This involves setting performance standards, measuring actual performance, and taking corrective action.
